Item one was a section 88.2 review of determination seeking consent for the demolition of existing dwelling house and swimming pool and the construction of a multi-dwelling housing development comprising six dwellings and basement parking at 8 Eaton Street, Neutral Bay. The recommendation was for refusal.

Item two was for a development application involving works to the existing attic and roof, including dormers and Juliet balconies, at 27 Harriet Street, Kurraba Point. Two people were registered to speak, including Nick Fletcher.

The panel then moved to item three, which was a development application for alterations and additions to the existing commercial terrace and construction of a three-level dual occupancy at 105 Union Street, McMahons Point. Several representatives of the applicant were present.

Item four involved a development application at 171 to 173 High Street, North Sydney for the demolition of an existing residential flat building and the construction of a new part four, part five-storey flat building with basement parking for 15 cars. No one registered to speak on this item.

Finally, the panel discussed item six, which was for alterations and additions to 57 Murdoch Street. Elaine Roth from URBIS spoke on this matter.
